Shiitake mushrooms and local TOFU Empanada, filled with onion and raisins wrapped in our handmade traditional crispy dough, is the perfect treat.
Dough: Wheat Flour, Butter, Salt, Sugar, Annatto seed.
Filling: Shiitake Mushrooms, Organic tofu, Grade A cream (Dairy), Onion, Egg, Oregano, cumin , Salt and Pepper. Hot level: Lightly spicy.

Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.
The empanadas taste better baked, but you can fry them too. There is no need to thaw the frozen empanadas.
Baked: Coat pan with cooking oil evenly, set frozen empanadas on the pan and place in a preheated oven at 400 ºF for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
Fried: Place frozen empanadas one by one in a preheated deep fryer at 350 ºF. Remove empanadas after 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
Optional: Air fryer baking: Set frozen empanadas in the air fryer at 400 ºF for 10-15 minutes.
