Learn how to make some traditional empanadas from scratch with Adrian.
Adrian is owner of the food business Empanada Club, offering his empanadas packaged or in a food trailer around Southern Maine.
This time we'll share our chorizo empanadas, and mushroom empanadas (vegetarian). We'll eat some empanadas at the end of the class and you'll have extra to take home with you.
