Tender and well seasoning shredded chicken breast ,rice, homemade tomato sauce, caramelized onions and sweet peppers all mixed and wrapped in our handmade traditional crispy dough. After baking it, a good bite is gonna be a fulfilling treat.
Dough: Wheat Flour, Butter, Salt, sugar, Annatto seed.
Filling: Maine Chicken breast, rice, onion, garlic, tomato, sweet peppers, seasoning (salt, pepper,sweet smoked paprika). Hot level: Mild.
Contains dairy in the dough. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.
The empanadas taste better baked, but you can totally fry them too. There is no need to thaw the frozen empanadas.
Baked: Coat pan with cooking oil evenly, set frozen empanadas on the pan and place in a preheated oven at 400 ºF for 10-15 minutes.
Fried: Place frozen empanadas one by one in a preheated deep fryer at 350 ºF. Remove empanadas after 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
Optional: Air fryer baking, set frozen empanadas in the air fryer at 400 ºF for 10-15 minutes.
